Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include all accessories and documentation provided with the product.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so that we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or altered.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Products marked as final sale.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
